Melody has over twenty years’ experience in the interior design industry and has worked on projects large and small in both the residential and commercial sector. She says: “One of the most important factors in design is to understand how a space is going to be used so that above all else it is functional. First we make it work – then we make it beautiful!”
Introducing the service
If you would like to look at your flooring choices in context with the rest of your space, or property, then this is the service for you. “It’s all about taking a holistic approach to understand what you are looking to achieve, both in look and feel.”
Sometimes the choice of materials, colours, textures and sizes of products available can be overwhelming. Having an expert to consult helps strengthen your confidence and offers peace of mind that you are making the right decision.
If you would like some expert design advice choosing your flooring for your project, Melody is based at our showroom on a Thursday. We always recommend that you book an appointment or check her availability before travelling.
Preparing for your meeting
To get the most out of your meeting we recommend that you bring in any plans or drawings that you already have, together with any relevant samples that you are looking to incorporate in your project. For example, if you are planning a new kitchen and have chosen your worktop and cabinet colours, bring samples with you.
Conversely, if you do not have these details in mind yet it doesn’t matter. Every project needs a starting point and with our beautiful ranges of hard and soft flooring one of our products may well provide you with the inspirational starting point you need.
